We’re thrilled to get your Soul Sisters Swimwear to you as quickly as possible! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Basic Shipping (Domestic):
- Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days
- Cost: £2.99
- Standard Shipping (Domestic)
- Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Cost: £4.99 or free for orders over £60
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Soul Sisters Swim is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at help@soulsistersswim.com to correct it. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.
