No Returns: We do not accept returns for swimwear unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your swimwear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a store credit for the value of the item.

Store Credit: If you opt for a store credit, it will be issued for the value of the damaged or defective item, excluding any shipping costs. Store credit can be used on any future purchases from Soul Sisters Swim.
